We went over to @[email protected]'s for board games tonight! First was a four-player game of Carcassone, which is the first time I've played it physically, which I won 62-48-43-39 (though forgot to take a photo of the board before the scoring was done), and two three-player games of King of Tokyo which we'd not even heard of before but was quite fun. @[email protected] won both games of King of Tokyo, the first one wasn't even close thanks to a whole bunch of ridiculously good dice rolling, but the second came down to the absolute wire between him and @yayKM and it really could have gone either way.

Today’s efforts were buying this, bringing it home in the car (which BARELY fit by the narrowest of narrow margins, including the front seats being all the way forwards), and assembling it.

My Hunter looks pretty cool though. I'm loving the nearly-maxed mobility combined with the STOMP-EE5 exotic boots, my other characters feel positively slow and lumbering by comparison.

I went furniture hunting today, since I’m leaving all my current stuff at my parents', and bought a queen-size bed plus frame, and a fancy computer desk! It's just the bed frame I'm getting, not the bedside desks. The mattress and desk are being delivered on Monday. Unfortunately the bed frame wasn't in stock, so I'll be sleeping with my mattress on the floor for a little while. 😉
